[Voyage-linux] resolv.conf in customization framework

Actually I've just tried to put my resolv.conf under overlay_fs/rw/etc
and now everything works as I've expected.
Anyway, I'm gonna try also you change if you want.

Try change voyage-custom.sh line 363 :
from:
if [ -f "$TARGET_DIR"/ro/etc/resolv.conf ] ; then
to:
if [ ! -f "$TARGET_DIR"/ro/etc/resolv.conf ] ; then
to see your resolv.conf override will work.
