Hello Guys,
I've managed to get my box up and running fine now using Lilo and I'm
connected through SSH clients for file transfer and my command prompt.
Now, I'm looking to install a couple of pieces of software, Blue-Z Bluetooth
stack in particular, I've got all my source files downloaded ready to
compile and install but I'm not sure where to place them to do so, as most
of the disk appears to be write protected or limiting the amount of
information I can store to around 8Mb or something like that.
I'm running off a 512mb compact flash card and after running df -h I can see
I have around 400Mb of that left as 'available' storage. I've read through
the README file about copying it into RO and creating sym-links on RW, but
to be honest, as a bit of a Linux noob this is a little complicated at
first.
Would anyone mind talking me through this a little more thoroughly?
Thanks guys,
Rob
