[Voyage-linux] Web interface for configuration

Hello everybody,
I am using Voyage in a wireless router (WRAP) with two or three
interfaces. We are now in a pretty advanced stage of the project. The
last step we want to take is to give the router a Web interface for
configuring its main features: wireless parameters, IP parameters, and
certain other variables of configuration.
I have seen projects like Wifiadmin (http://wifiadmin.sourceforge.net/)
and its evolution in the OS Pyramid Metrix
(http://pyramid.metrix.net/trac/), but I haven't been able to install
the server that these projects use (thttpd) with support for php. Both
are using a package called thttpd-php but it seems it is obsolete right
now. So I tried to use thttpd and php as a CGI, but still with no
success. And also I tried to compile a php module for thttp2.21 but with
no success either. I keep on retrieving a blank page that says: "No
input file specified". Could anybody help me on this?
Also I would like your advice because this solution may not be the
easier, nor the more efficient for what I am trying to do. The OpenWRT
project is using a regular server (httpd), and CGI's implemented with
shell scripts, which you could think it's pretty optimal. In the other
hand, OpenWRT doesn't have to do many operations of open/close files,
but it mostly writes in the NVRAM. Any opinion or comment on this?
It seems the mailing list has a problem for the last couple of days, so
I didn't have the opportunity to check if the subject of my question has
been already a matter of discuss. In that case, I'm sorry and, could you
please send me the references of the threads?
Thanks in advance.
