[Voyage-linux] ALIX boards finally here but boot message problem

The ALIX boards finally arrived and booted nicely off a freshly built CF
from 0.4.1. The greater speed was immediately obvious and the weird
~45mbs limitation on the old WRAP eth0 port is now gone with the ALIX
port showing a respectable 95mbs on hardwired iperf tests.
Incidentally, these boards have bios 0.98, so the early posts about
needing 0.94 to run 0.4.1 are moot at this point.
One minor glitch I'm seeing is that during boot I get many (enough to
wipe out all the beginning dmesg output) of these:
-----------boot message output--------

-----------end boot messages----------
It looks like the kernel is trying to initialize some sound device not
present. Do I need to rebuild the kernel to make this go away or is
there an easier way to ? Would be a pity to do that extra work but I
really miss having the first part of my boot messages as a diagnostic. :-)
Also, does anyone have any data on power capacity. ie, running two 600mw
radios on one board?
Thanks,
Edwin
