[Voyage-linux] Why TZ is set to GMT after reboot?

Link the /etc/localtime to the file you want.
Example:
  ln -s /usr/share/zoneinfo/America/Buenos_Aires localtime

(I suppose you have set in file rcS:UTC=no)
