Bad luck with madwifi 0.9.4 with the ani patch v2 and the minstrel rate
algorithm in ad-hoc mode and olsr running.

We get a lot of errors "rix 255 (0) bad ratekbps 0 mode 2" on both wifi
interfaces. Any idea?
