[Voyage-linux] How to configure watchdog and alix3d3?

Hi

i read from the faq and it was mentioned that the watchdog on voyage is 
compatible with alix with some configuration.  may i know how this can 
be done?  i've tried (without additional configuration) on alix3d3 with 
remote ping, and the board doesn't restart; the watchdog just went dead
