[Voyage-linux] Dev environment

Hi,

it seems that the HowTo describing the installation of the debian
development environment is out of date.
debootstrap.voyage.sh doesn't seem to be on the 0..1 tree...
I simply need to build to software for Voyage 0.4.1.

Any help appreciated.
