Hi,

please look at ALIX BIOS v0.99, there is an option in BIOS setup to
de-/activate MFGPT workaround. For voyage 0.4.1 (kernel 2.6.20) you have
to activate this, for voyage experimental 2.6.23 (and current I belive)
you have to deactivate this option.

This option is available since BIOS v0.98d. For informations about BIOS
update please see: http://www.pcengines.ch/alix2.htm and
http://www.pcengines.ch/freedos.htm

Regards,
 Hermann

yes, it was voyage-current

now i understand, why it doesn't work...
Are any news about developing new tinyBIOS with fix the bug or from
kernel.org about some kernel jink?

And one questions on end, can you add some distinction for alix 1C (with

PCI, audio, vga...) and others (2cX / 3cX)?
Because this alix doesn't have audio and you must disable it in
/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist

Bye Cool...
