Hi Cesar

No because the boards do not have power management like a ATX 
motherboard for a PC.

If you want to be able to remote power cycle or power down you need to 
have external equipment which you can control in some way.

Something like this http://www.rowetel.com/blog/?p=68 , I'm sure there 
are commercial versions of this type of thing.
