That's brilliant. Should I run that with dpkg -i xxx.deb or is there anything special I need to do.

I know this is asking a bit much but I will anyway. The boxes I use are the eBox-2300-SX from Icop ( Ibought mine through ewayco in taiwan). It was not clear that these boxes were SX (no math co processor) and had a weird Ethernet card (R6040) for which there was no linux driver. It turns out that you have to compile in the patch they supply into the kernel.

I know that if you created the Voyage, there would be good demand as lots of people have problems with these boxes and the ethernet driver.

I'll tell you how I get on upgrading the box (debian sarge) with the image you supplied.
