[Voyage-linux] Xterm again

Awhile ago I wrote to complain about installing xterm would require 119 MB. I 
finally went ahead and installed it. I don't want to run X on the box itself, 
what I want is to be able to pop up windows on a host when I ssh into the 
box.

It still doesn't work. DISPLAY isn't set. The sshd.config has 

X11Forwarding yes                                                               
X11DisplayOffset 10     

and I've tried ssh -X <boxip>

nothing works. What am I missing?
