[Voyage-linux] vogage-lenny dhcp & ntpdate?

Hi Frank,
See /CHANGELOG. It mentioned that dhclient is replaced by pump.
See /etc/network/if-up.d/ntpdate. It seems ntpdate would run when an
interface is up.
