As told by Josh, this is a propetory device built upon an ARM CPU.
We tested these bluetooth access points, then we switched to a solution based upon an Alix3 board customized by PC Engines upon our requests.

Now we are using the Alix board with Bluegiga BT modules and everythink is working in a great manner.

It seems to be a proprietary board built by that company based on their 
Bluegiga's WT11 Bluetooth 2.0/2.1+EDR module.
