[Voyage-linux] mirror for ftp.hk.debian.org

It is absolutely safe, as soon as it is a good mirror (I've seen mirrors
that are not synced correctly some times - missing or corrupt packages). I
use the debian mirror of Greece, since I am located in Greece.
