[Voyage-linux] lirc_serial on voyage

I've compiled LIRC on Voyage, although not the lirc_serial module (a
different one instead).

In case it is helpful, the instructions are here:

For the CommandIR USB module, the process was pretty straight forward.
lirc_serial may have a different set of dependencies, etc though.
