[Voyage-linux] apt-get not updating

I'm trying to run apt-get update and i'm getting the following error.

Err http://www.voyage.hk ./ Release.gpg
     Could not connect to www.voyage.hk:80 (61.10.94.121), connection timed
out

Anyone else experience this or know a solution?
