[Voyage-linux] Sync Dirs while running

Hello,

i have a file in a directory that i added to VOYAGE_SYNC_DIRS. This file
changes often so i do not want to write it to compact flash every time.

But sometimes some changes to this file are very important and i want to
sync that file to the CF Card while voyage is running.

How could this be done?  "/etc/init.d/voyage-sync start" does not work,
it only produces errors.
