None of the posted madwifi modules worked for me. By not working I mean
that no wifi devices existed (no wifi0 nor wifi1, I have two card in
this machine). The ath_pci kernel module was loaded. I did purge the
previous driver (with an "aptitude purge
madwifi-modules-2.6.26-486-voyage" command) before installing each one
of the test drivers. I also rebooted after installing each driver package.
I ended up going back to whatever version ships with:
deb http://www.voyage.hk/dists/0.6 ./
My kernel version is:
6.0-2
Hardware details:
-- 1 x ALIX.2C0 - 2 LAN / 2 miniPCI / LX700 / 128 MB
-- 1 x CM9 802.11a/b/g miniPCI Radio Card
Atheros Communications Inc. AR5212/AR5213 Multiprotocol
MAC/baseband processor (rev 01)
-- 1 x R52H 2.4/5GHz 802.11a+b+g High Power Wireless Mini-PCI Card
Atheros Communications Inc. AR5413 802.11abg NIC (rev 01)
