[Voyage-linux] Unable to complete apt-get update from ftp.hk.debian.org

Hi,

In recent months, ftp.hk.debian.org was found very unstable and 
problematic.  In VL 0.6, we have changed to use ftp.tw.debian.org as a 
default mirror.  All users should change the default mirror close to 
their country/region.
