[Voyage-linux] Voyage 0.6.0 and install of new software (ro/rw Issues)

Hi Guys

With the advent of voyage 0.6.0 what is the recommended way of
installing new software which requires the ability to write some a
read/write mount point ?

Before this version I would simple take of copy of the directory or file
which needed to be RW and place in both ro/?? and then put a link to
that file in the main readonly partition.

If nothing has been decided on then a standard needs to be worked out,
as leaving the root in RW is not a solution.
