Assuming you use the default Voyage-Kernel the
"de2104x"-kernel-module is not built in. You need to recompile the
the voyage-Kernel and enable "CONFIG_DE2104X".

Btw: the kernel-module can most probably can not just be copied
"from somewhere else" as long as you and the source does not use the
same kernel (configuration).
