[Voyage-linux] help installing mpd from the source (git repository)

I'm using 0.6.1 with the Alix 2d2.

After installing all the other packages I required, I added both the 
testing and unstable urls to my sources.list file.  Then I did apt-get 
update and apt-get install mpd.  It grabbed 0.15-2 from unstable and all 
dependencies.  mpd works fine.  No need to install from source.
