[Voyage-linux] synchronize voyage linux

hi list,

I have a question. I want to synchronize my voyage linux with an  
extern signal. This signal has a PPS signal and a GPS signal with NMEA  
0183 format. The GPS signal I receive with a serial rx pin and the PPS  
over an interrupt on a GPIO pin.

What is now the best way to synchronize my System time with those two  
signals??
