Although I do NOT use the ALIX-Board as a DSL-Router at the moment I
can say that the configuration is not any different than any other 2
 interface Linux (Debian/GNU) setup.

I guess you will not come around to read some documentation as every
setup is a bit different to just copy&paste the config.

My recommendation for that purpose would be shorewall[1]. Start
reading with the QuickStart Guides[2] and escpecially the Basic
Two-Interface Firewall[3].
