Oh. I think I understand now:
# ping www.klimaregelung.de
should resolve the domain-name without the need to install any
additional software.
You can also install "host" or "bind9-host" to get "host" running or
even install "dnsutils" for "nslookup" and "dig".
You can always search for a missing program as stated in [1]:
