The PS2 port, and any PS2 port fuses should have no affect on the USB port.
They said this was a USB keyboard, not PS2.

In a dark room you can usually see a *little* bit of light from the NUM
LOCK, CAPS LOCK, and SCROLL LOCK leds. I'm just wondering here if the 1-amp
fuse that powers the PS2 Keyboard port has blown? I had a small single
board computer that was given to me because it was "dead" they said. It was
just the fuse to the Keyboard port was blown. A quick replacement and it
was back in business!!
