[Voyage-linux] ALi M5281 Serial ATA / RAID host controller

Does the board's controller support 300MBs transfer?  I put some new 
SATA drives in (slightly ) older computers and had to jumper the drive 
to operate at the earlier 150MBs setting before they would show up.

Just a thought...
