[Voyage-linux] External LM77 on I2C

I connected an LM77 to I2C, using the SDA, SCL, VSS, GND pins to a WRAP.2D
board. I am using Voyage 0.4.

There is no LM77 onboard, but that shouldn't matter.

I cannot get the software to recognize the LM77, although it sees both I2C
channels.

In /sys/class/i2c-adapter/i2c-0, all I see is device, name, subsystem,
uevent.

In /sys/class/i2c-adapter/i2c-1, all I see is device, name, subsystem,
uevent.
