[Voyage-linux] PATCH: command line processing for format-cf.sh

changes here:

- a command line interpreter similar to the one implemented 
  in voyage-install.sh

  you now may use 

	format-cf.sh -t /dev/hda -b 1 -y 

  and get /dev/hda1 created and formattet without being 
  prompted if you would really like this to happen.

  a legacy mode is present:

	format-cf.sh /dev/hda

  will also create and mkfs /dev/hda1 but prompt for
  confirmance

- it uses sfdisk now, which is designed for batch processing
  and present on the distribution media
