[Voyage-linux] Question about voyage and jffs2

Hi all,
like now I thinking to use voyage for create a little, embedded
system (pc-engines) where store some data.
The first problem that come in mind it's that the data are saved into cf
and this can potentially have some problem from my point of view:
- like now voyage as the very useful method of remountr[w|o], but this
has the disadvantage of the time to wait between a complete remountro,
write and remountrw. And if in the while the fs wrote the light
disappear, the fs will be corrupted or, better, there will be the need
to a fsck
- the same if will be used a partition as ext2 or other not-journaled fs
- if an ext3 or other journaled fs will be used, like every linux-man
know, the cf will be destroyed in a short time, due the journal into the
write-at-same-point problem.
- at the end, it's left only the various fs(s) for flash memories, but
on the net about all (except this experience tinyurl.com/ybvpu5p) say
that it's not a good solution to use jffs2 over a block device.

So, someone has any experience on how to save data on cf in a safe and
lasting way?

Thanks,
Michele
