[Voyage-linux] Info about rw dir

Hello,
I'm confusing about how voyage handle /var/log and /tmp directory...Are
those directory writed directly on cf or are synced on shutdown/reboot?
Can I write it on ram to further reduce writing to cf? I don't care about
persistence.
