Hi,
I have put in /boot/grub/menu.lst
kernel /vmlinuz root=LABEL=ROOT_FS console=ttyS0,38400n8 nomfgpt
and in /etc/crontab
15 * * * * root /usr/sbin/ntpdate 0.fr.pool.ntp.org >> /dev/null 2>&1
This solve the issue.

I've experienced the same issue on the ALIX 2d2 boards here. I've been
able to greatly reduce the drift by installing the adjtimex package.
Hope this helps for you as well.
