[Voyage-linux] Setting locale failed with voyage-current

Hello Stéphane,

You are right, using "LANG=C voyage.update" suppress the warning messages
but When I boot on the target board the system is still in qwerty.
I don't know how I can install locales and run locale-gen on the file system
of voyage I have on my workstation before exec voyage.update.
