I did the following to solve this, thanks for your replies =D

/etc/init.d/voyage-util and edit the lines


 echo -n "Remounting / as read-only ... "
#/bin/mount / -o remount,ro
/usr/local/sbin/remountro


 INTO


 echo -n "Remounting / as read-only ... "
#/bin/mount / -o remount,ro
#/usr/local/sbin/remountro
