[Voyage-linux] voyage-sync leaving filesystem unchecked after a recovery

I tested voyage-sync with VOYAGE_SYNC_RECOVER="YES".
But after a recovery, I have:
  EXT2-fs warning: mounting unchecked fs, running e2fsck is recommended
I can reproduce (clean-up fs, update /var/log/xx, voyage-sync, power cycle).

In voyage-sync, after the recovery, a reboot -f is fired, but fs is still rw.
A "mount -o remount,ro /" before the reboot -f will do.
