Thanks for the heads up.   Yes, I am aware of it.  I did not run it
for long and used similar methods of Voyage Linux for partitions like
/tmp and /var/log and no swap.

My post was to illustrate using an appropriate distro for graphical
desktop rather than Voyage Linux.
