[Voyage-linux] root filesystem being mounted every 5 minutes

I had seen this behavior before, but thought it was due to the ext3 journal
being written. I have since changed to ext2, so no journal.

Every 5 minutes root (which I have mounted ro) gets remounted. Can anybody
explain why?
