[Voyage-linux] Captive Portal

Hello, 
I saw that in V7.0 the Nocatsplash is not supported anymore. 
As I am not a Linux guru, I would greatly appreciate your help in setting up
a Captive Portal on a ALIX board.
Also would like to have a Lighttpd server and PHP scripting included (maybe
MySQL).
If a donation needed, I would be happy to make, as I am totally lost.
