[Voyage-linux] reboot requiring password

I have enabled some additional directories for r/w in
/etc/default/voyage-util. It seems now to use this function that the unit
requires a password to reboot. This is not really workable when I support
this unit remotely. I have installed an ldap server and so I need
/var/lib/ldap writable and to sync if power is lost. How do I configure
this properly to avoid the reboot password?  My current settings are;

VOYAGE_SYNC_DIRS="var/lib/ldap"
VOYAGE_SYNC_RECOVER="YES"
VOYAGE_SYNC_RECOVER_DIRS=""
VOYAGE_RW_DIRS="var/lib/php5 var/cache/nscd var/lib/named"

Thanks,
Dan
