Hi all,

Here are some of my experiences how it could fails
1. Plugged USB devices
2. Plugged Mini-PCI cards
3. Power supply not enough power.

So remove any USB and Mini-PCI card if attached, or try different PSU 
with higher power.  1.25A x 12V or 18V x 0.8A should work fine.

Otherwise, switch back to use 38400 8N1 on serial console.
