[Voyage-linux] rootfs rw after boot

For some reason, one can use Voyage Linux on a system with HD.
I swapped to EXT3 (also on CF / ro). On systems with HD, I
update /etc/init.d/voyage-util script (make the remountro a
comment line).

I support a request for a config option in /etc/default/voyage-util.
Not that difficult.
