[Voyage-linux] 0.8.0_amd64 gives "XZ-compressed data is corrupt"

I tried with two ways:

1) Burnt the livecd iso to a CD and tried to boot, just to get a blank
screen with blinks:
"..early console in decompress Kernel"

2) Then burnt the livcd iso image to USB with Unetbootin and booted to
get a Kernel Panic.
