[Voyage-linux] bash_completion

I noticed ssh login on daily build is (much) slower than 0.6.5.
I use sshd option "UseDNS no" already.
It happens to be bash_completion ran twice. 
It is in /root/.bashrc and in /etc/profile.d/bash_completion.sh

I experienced a delay of 10 seconds, on 100% busy system, ran twice.
On unloaded LX800 it takes about two seconds for one run.
Stil not what I want.

I removed the reference in .bashrc and /etc/profile.d/
Fasten your seatbelts :-)

I created alias bc in .bashrc, for fast start:
alias bc='. /etc/bash_completion'
