this is what my pxelinux.cfg\default looked like for v0.6.2,
indicating the necessary files:

SERIAL 0 38400

DEFAULT menu.c32
ALLOWOPTIONS 0
PROMPT 0
TIMEOUT 0

MENU TITLE Server PXE Boot Menu

LABEL      Voyage
MENU LABEL ^Voyage 0.6.2
KERNEL     voyage/vmlinuz1 root=LABEL=ROOT_FS  console=ttyS0,38400n8
APPEND  initrd=voyage/initrd1.img fs=voyage/filesystem.squashfs
