[Voyage-linux] lcd4linux with mpd support?

First, thank you for an excellent work on voyage mpd. I have the system
running very well, but wanted to add lcd4linux to display info on a LCD.
Tried many ways to get the 'plugin_mpd' to compile but no luck. Can you make
available a lcd4linux version with plugin_mpd enabled? Thank you.
