[Voyage-linux] USB Stick image as install medium

I may be missing something obvious, but every install of voyage I have done
was by downloading the tar or zip file and running the installer... never
the isolation
I suppose you can just copy the files directly, create a boot partition, and
manually install grub or Lilo.
Point is that I don't see the need for a CD at all.. can you elaborate on
what your situation is? Do you want to install on a machine with a CD and
install to a USB?
