[Voyage-linux] configuring static IP address

ip addr add 1.2.3.4/30 dev eth0
ip route add default via 1.2.3.1

Obviously change the details to reflect your actual environment.

Things get a little more tricky when you are dealing with multiple WAN
(Internet) links, but not a lot.
