[Voyage-linux] Voyage live from USB does not see CF card filesystem

When booting Voyage from USB the CF card is undetected.
The Yenta-cardbus driver is loaded. ls /sys/block shows
the ramdisks and sda (the usb stick) but not the CF.

FYI - Booting Debian netinst from usb initially has the
same behaviour but after install gets to the 'searching
for drives' the CF is discovered and is accessible as hda.
This is true for both deb5 and deb6 netinst.

I can copy the debian-live iso to the CF at my workstation
and it boots on the target. When I try the same with the
voyage basic iso or the voyage-sdk iso it fails to boot
with a grub error (17 or 18 IIRC).

I also tried 'installing' Voyage at the workstation with
the CF pluged into a USB reader/writer. Using the upgrade
script works fine (nice work on that) but when the CF is
pluged into the target again the grub error occurs.

Help!
