[Voyage-linux] Kernel sources of voyage linux

Hi,
  I run Voyage linux on Alix board. Now I want to upgrade kernel from 2.6.32-voyage to newer one. I am able to build my own version of 2.6.32 kernel using package linux-source-2.6.32-voyage and make-kpkg. What I need to do when I download latest vanila kernel to be sure new kernel will run on my Alix? I haven't find any patch set applied to standard kernel source.
